Refund policy

1. Overview

At Aurevi Design, all our services are custom-made branding and logo design solutions. Because each project is tailored specifically to the client’s needs, our refund policy is designed accordingly.

2. No Refund After Work Starts

• Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable.
• This is due to the time, research, and creative work invested in each custom design.

3. Before Project Start

• If a cancellation request is made before work begins, a partial refund may be considered depending on the situation.
• Any administrative or processing fees may be deducted.

4. Delivered Work

• Refunds are not available for completed or delivered work.
• However, revisions may be requested according to the package included.

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We focus on client satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer revisions (based on your package) to adjust the design until it meets your expectations.

6. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases of inability to complete a project from our side, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
